These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of delsoulcollective.com and your purchase of event tickets and products from Del Soul Collective LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website, booking an event, placing an order, or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.

Event Bookings

• A booking reserves a spot for the named attendee at the selected event, date, and time.
• Attendees may be asked to sign a liability waiver before participating. Participation in movement and fitness activities involves inherent risk; consult a physician if you have health concerns.
• We may reschedule or cancel an event due to weather, venue, or safety reasons. We will notify you by email or text (if you opted in).
• Discount and promo codes are single use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, and have no cash value.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Shop Orders

Product prices, availability, and shipping options are shown at checkout. We will email you when your order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Text Message (SMS) Program

Program name: Del Soul Collective Updates.

• Description: when you check the text message consent box at checkout or newsletter signup, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Del Soul Collective LLC at the mobile number you provided, including booking updates, event reminders, schedule changes, and promotions.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per month).
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email

We send transactional emails about your bookings and orders. If you subscribe to our newsletter or receive a promotional email, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in that email.
