Your friend has to actually complete checkout for your reward to kick in. If they fill their cart and bounce, the referral doesn't count — but the second they hit ‘complete order,’ your thank-you is on its way.

The 15% off at checkout is a welcome discount for first-time Del Soul customers. If your friend has already shopped with us before, the discount won't apply at their checkout.
You can only be welcomed in once
If a friend has already referred you, you get 15% off your first order — and that's your "welcome in" moment. Going forward, you earn discounts the same way everyone else does: by bringing your own friends to Del Soul.
The fine print
- Referral discount is 15% off, valid on events and merchandise.
- Referred friend must be a first-time Del Soul customer.
- The referring friend's reward only kicks in once the referred friend completes a paid order.
- Each customer can only be welcomed in via referral one time, ever.
- Codes are one-time use, tied to the email they're sent to, and expire 80 days from issue.
- Codes can't be combined with other promotions, discounts, or sales.
- Self-referrals (referring yourself with a different email) aren't allowed.
- Del Soul Collective reserves the right to review, pause, or modify the referral program if abuse is detected.
