Cancellation & Refund Terms
More Than 72 Hours Before Event
- Full refund to your original payment method
- No questions asked — life happens!
- Email us at Help@DelSoulCollective.com or DM us @DelSoulCollective to process your cancellation
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days
Less Than 72 Hours Before Event
- Your payment will be converted to event credit
- Credit is equal to 100% of what you paid
- Use your credit toward any future Del Soul Collective event
- Credits never expire and can be transferred to a friend

No-Shows
- Participants who do not attend without prior cancellation are not eligible for refunds or event credit
Event Cancellations
- If Del Soul Collective cancels an event, all participants receive a full refund to their original payment method regardless of timing
Credit Code Usage
- One credit code per transaction
- Cannot be combined with other promotional offers
- Non-refundable once applied to a new booking
