At Del Soul Collective, we understand that plans change. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for all event registrations.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

More Than 72 Hours Before Event

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • No questions asked — life happens!
  • Email us at Help@DelSoulCollective.com or DM us @DelSoulCollective to process your cancellation
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days

Less Than 72 Hours Before Event

  • Your payment will be converted to event credit
  • Credit is equal to 100% of what you paid
  • Use your credit toward any future Del Soul Collective event
  • Credits never expire and can be transferred to a friend

Important Details

How to Cancel

No-Shows

  • Participants who do not attend without prior cancellation are not eligible for refunds or event credit

Event Cancellations

  • If Del Soul Collective cancels an event, all participants receive a full refund to their original payment method regardless of timing

Credit Code Usage

  • One credit code per transaction
  • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers
  • Non-refundable once applied to a new booking
